Answer:

The rate at which a person respires and the type of respiration provides an idea regarding the normal health status of any person. Moreover, breathlessness is a very serious issue and is also a symptom of suffering that is observed in the case of numerous people. So, it is essential for evaluating the type of respiration in order to determine the problems and issues beforehand so that it can be solved as soon as possible.

When a person inhales, the diaphragm within the body undergoes contraction, the volume of the lungs decreases. On the other hand, when a person exhales the diaphragm undergoes expansion, the volume of the lungs increases.

The usual rate of respiration for an adult ranges between 10 to 20 breaths each minute.

A person with an absence or lack of breathing indicates that a patient has had a collapse and he/she needs instantaneous fundamental life support.

This is why it is very necessary to check the rate at which a person breathes and the volume of a patient with difficulty breathing.

Sperm tails in the fruit fly Drosophila bifurca can reach up to 6cm long, which is over 20 times the length of the organism itse
spayn [35]

Explanation:

The length of the sperm in a few species is much larger or giant than the size of the animal-like observed in the Drosophila bifurca.

In this fruit-fly, the tails of the sperm are too long which could be accounted for many reasons:

1. The sexual selection prefers the long tails over the small tail.

2. The large sperms can displace the small sperms in the female reproductive organ.

3. The female reproductive organ increases the promiscuity of the large sperms that is favour the large sperms over the small sperms.

In lakes and ponds there is a whole ecosystem, with its animals and plants. Between them they are in charge of maintaining the entire habitat in favorable conditions for living. The fish tank does not have that cleaning system.
