Answer:

x = 4, 2

Step-by-step explanation:

(x-2)(2x-3)=(x-2)(x+1)

\\\Rightarrow 2x^2-7x+6=x^2+x-2x-2\\\Rightarrow 2x^2-7x+6-x^2+x-2x-2=0\\\Rightarrow x^2-6x+8=0

While splitting the middle term the sum of the term should give us the middle term and their product should give the last term

\\\Rightarrow x^2-4x-2x+8=0

-4-2 = -6

-4\times -2=8

\\\Rightarrow (x-4)(x-2)=0\\\Rightarrow x=4, 2

Hence, x = 4, 2

In the figure, AB | CD and<br>mZ1 = 120°<br>What is mZ5<br>
Stells [14]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

If AB is parallel to CD and there is a transversal cutting through both (as there is, although it is not named here), then by the definition of corresponding angles, angles 1 and 5 are corresponding and are therefore, congruent. If angle 1 measures 120 then so does angle 5. Learn these...they're very important and are prevalent in triangle stuff in geometry!!!

Ok for this question you have to solve for m and show work
konstantin123 [22]
10 = 2/3m - 3/2m
2/3m - 3/2m = 10
m ( 2/3 - 3/2 ) = 10
-5/6m = 10
5m = -60
m = -12
