As time passes, she/he pays attention to students' needs in order to plan her/his lessons, in this way, she personalizes more and and keeps the studets focused and motivated, also in her every day lesson plans she has to anticipate problems or controversies that could arise during the lesson, so as to avoid it (depending on the students) or to come up with a suitable solution. And well, the same happens with an audience in general, it is important to take into consideration all of the above options, in order to have a successful and interesting speech.
