Assuming that you're talking about the story of the 'sword and the stone'

After arthur Learns the truth, he tells sir Ector that he'll always think of him as a Father.

After the incident, sir Ector ( king Arthur's foster father)  tell as much as he know about King Arthur heritage and his true parentage ( which he also know so little about)
