Student should always eat lunch to get energy if you do not have that energy it will be harder to learn and student should also always eat healthy because not only is it good for your body, but also it makes it easier to learn.

hop it helps but  P.S. not eating for long periods of time actually causes you to gain weight because your body eats the fat in your body because that is the initial reaction because your body does not know when the next time it is going to eat.
