The geographical features of Europe would be the exact same as they are today because it is averaged that the continents separate at the same rate your fingernails grow . it would take millions of years to see a significant difference x

However , if your not talking geographically then europe was a much less tense than it is today , with less threats and dangers . also , ww1 affected the country borders and the countries respect for one and another
