299 million years ago there was a supercontinent called Pangea . The geographical features of Europe would be the exact same as they are today because it is averaged that the continents separate at the same rate your fingernails grow . it would take millions of years to see a significant difference x

However , if your not talking geographically then europe was a much less tense than it is today , with less threats and dangers . also , ww1 affected the country borders and the countries respect for one and another

Regarding the policy, The United States stated that it would not interfere in any of the Latin American countries domestic affairs. This position of the US government also promoted the development of bilateral relations between countries that could later evolve into commercial agreements.
