A(n) <u>Pre-screening test</u> interview is one in which the interviewer focuses on hypothetical scenarios, such as "What would you do if a customer used profane language in speaking to you?"
There are a number of precautions which are taken by any person who is dealing with the customers or any person while working inside a company or firm, as there are chances of having a bad experience with some of the customers during the communication with them and that may bring great difficulties in performing the perfect job for most of the employees from the concerned department inside a company.
But, during the recruitment process of the individuals, as there are different stages for any employee to go through before having a place inside that very company, as there is a specific set of priorities and standards before getting some one to work for them, as the individuals are analyzed by the recruitment team to have the ideal person for the available vacancy inside the company or firm. So, for that reason the pre-screening tests are required to be done in order to have an idea about the candidates nature and they will behave if they go any further during the process of recruitment.
It's a speech because it involves a prepared message an audience and a message for them to decode, it could be on any subject matter, the subject matter is to be understood, that is the purpose to be achieved
