The main agriculture areas were along the banks of the Nile River itself, or because it usually flooded and enriched the soil and helped bring plenty of crops and harvest AND wealth to the civilization. So basically they were dependent on a certain time of year when it rains the most to gather the soil to grow more food like vegetables. Would you live like they did? It wouldn't have been easy, That's for sure.
The Egyptians' religion is what makes them so interesting and unique.They started of as a regular old civilization like the others, but soon enough they became one of the longest lasting civilizations on a riverside. Their religion helped create this by and unchanging element in their religion and culture! They just kept doing what they were doing from the beginning and maybe tweaked a few things! Awesome!
