Photosynthesis is the process in which green plant uses energy from sunlight with Cabondioxide and water to produce glucose(sugar) and oxygen used for their body activities. Algea are not plant but can also produce their own food. Heterotrophs do not produce there own food but depends on producers and other organic compounds for their own food.
