How can I remember the definition of Transcription Initiation Complex? Read below for the definition. I need help memorizing it.

Memorize it one word at a time. For example, memorize "the complex" then "the complex assemblage" then "the complex assemblage of transcription". Repeat each part until you have it memorized.  This is what helps me memorize definitions so I hope it helps.
