A fragment is a piece of a sentence that cannot stand on its own but incorrectly ends in a period.

For example, “Because of the snowstorm, we stayed home from school” is a complete sentence. “Because of the snowstorm. We stayed home from school” is not grammatical because “because of the snowstorm” can’t stand as a complete sentence.

Hello! To correct a fragment, you need to ensure that a subject and predicate (verb) are present.

Example-

Fragment: Although the dog
The fragment is missing a verb.
Sentence: Although the dog was large, it loved to cuddle.

Hope this helps! :)

When Romeo says this, He is telling Juliet that it is far more important to him, to be with her tonight and die, then to live yearning for her. This is an example of foreshadowing because he is saying that it is worth dying than not having Juliet by his side. The example of foreshadowing that Shakespeare plants in Act II, give the audience a little insight into what's going to happen in the future of the story. Ganezh [65]

Answer:

As time goes by. and water goes through the water cycle again and again. The amount of water on Earth stays the same. However one could argue with this due to global warming since our icebergs/glaciers are melting adding to sea-level rise.
