General America should be your answer
I've never heard of anybody speak about or speak "General America" dialect.
There are Western dialect (found generally in the Western Coast from California to Washington state).
There are New England dialect (generally found in North-Eastern US (Maine, etc) where the original colonies were at).
There are Southern dialect (found towards the southern side of the US stretching from Texas to Georgia (may include some other states, generally the states that were part of the Confederacy).
