The term active listening refers to a skill that makes a person carefully listen and understand the message of the speaker. Since active listening involves the attentiveness of the listener it applies that a person should only carefully listen to what the speaker is saying and thus does not interrupt in the middle of the conversation. The listener must support the speaker with yeses and nods. Moreover, the listener should not react immediately to any of the issues and should not also repeat what the speaker said. Furthermore, active listening requires the full concentration of the listener and thus the listener cannot engage in any other activity during this time.

You can do nae nae and do the whole routine, but add in the roll or spin at any moment you would like to.
not sure if you can use the mac-arena, but if you can go the dance and add in little movements like a roll, pencil turn, clapping, or something simple.
