If we’re talking history here it might be the Brown vs.
Board of Education of Topeka where the court ruled that segregation in public
schools was unconstitutional. This was
because of the inequality of facilities in Black schools compared to White
schools. This would pave the way to
integration of schools in the U.S.
On May 28, 1830, President Andrew Jackson signed the Indian Removal Act, which gave the President additional powers in speeding the removal of American Indian communities in the eastern United States to territories west of the Mississippi River.
