Paraphrasing is expressing an idea of somebody's message in our own words so it doesn't look the same, avoiding plagiarism, but at the same time, without changing the meaning. It's an important tool to use when writing pieces of journalism, essays, and research papers. <em>Paraphrasing allows the writer creatively rephrase original works and using in their compositions.</em>
