3rd sentence: give details about this place (touritst attractions, monuments, etc.)

4th sentence: futher describe thiss place (give small details about the monuments, or tourist attractions)

5th sentence: summarize. (use words like overall, or in summation)

Example:

My favorite place in the world is puerto rico. I like puerto rico becasue it is very bright and colorful, and has lots of culture. One thing you can see in Puerto rico is the "cristpoher columbus statue" monument. Here, they honor christopher columbus for discovering the island of puertorico. Overall, I like puerto rico becasue it is a bright colorful place, and has lot of culture and history.
