I would say “C” Major universities and research institutions, because the Quaternary sector is based on processing and sharing information and is considered the “knowledge based” part of the tertiary sector. Major universities and research institutions require a lot of knowledge based work and have job positions working their such as teachers and researchers. Hope this helps. :)
