Howard Gardner developed the Multiple Intelligences theory where he states that there are seven different types of intelligences. This theory has greatly influenced educators from all over and has helped explain the different strengths people have according to their type of intelligence. One of this types is the Interpersonal Intelligence, which involves a deep understanding of human nature such as their emotions, motives, and intentions. A person like Rhonda is high in said intelligence as she has the ability to deeply understand people from the inside out.
