This is more of an about you question but whatever I will try to answer it from my experiences. 1. I have babysat my own siblings as well as ran a child care program at church 2. 0-10 3. Each child needs a different amount of attention and given to them in a different way. You need to develop a relationship with each one. 4. Some need just a friend to play with as others at younger ages depend on you for everything they want and need.
