I have been to cuba. In my opinon it is not a very nie place. The peole are always beging for mony and will even steal it from you. The houses are extremely old and are bug infested. The food is ok but my younger sisster did not eat anything when we where there. I would much rather live in US because it is cleaner and ther are orginizations for homeless dogs. In cuba there are not.

The first amendment also protects us from being the victims of libelous speech. I guess that means that hate speech is permitted as long as it is factually true. In Canada, hate speech has been made so that the Government can stop it. But it does not seem to be the same in the United States. So this one, I suppose should be in the group below.

I don't know how you choose between these two. All you can do is eliminate the two that are true and which the Federal Government cannot enforce.
