The answer is B. Vaccines. This option is definitely an odd one out.

Inflammation usually happens near the damaged tissue. The cells in damaged area start releasing certain chemicals like histamine which further causes the blood vessels leak fluid near the tissue resulting in swelling.  WBCs such as phagocytes are also attracted towards the damaged tissue to phagocytose the foreign microbes. Some chemicals released during this process are pyrogens which can cause fever.
