yes, because they tell you not to do something that they have done many times and will continue doing even after they have warned you not to.

Explanation:

if a friend told you not to watch tv because corrodes your brain and he sits there right in front of you (in your house) watching tv, wouldn't you be annoyed that he is telling you not to do something that he is doing and keeps on doing after he has warned you not to?
