<u>To help neighbors you can do:</u>

1. If they ask for help in their crisis moment be with them.

2. If your neighbors are senior citizen, please be in touch with them regularly.

3. Sometimes people suddenly face financial crisis. In that moment be stand beside your neighbor. Let them lend some money from you. Keep faith on them.

4. If any lady with her baby is residing after your house and facing any health problem or anything else try to help them by accompanying up to doctor's chamber.

5. If any person is getting tortured by their family members next of your try to help him or her out by informing local association or in necessity to police also.  

<u>To establish social peace:</u>

1. One can convey spiritual messages in society.

2. Can make peer groups to counsel others.

3. Can convince others by showing the positive effects of following way of peace and negative side of agitation.

<u>Explanation:</u>

Neighbors are those who live beside our houses. When we live in a locality for years after years these neighbors become like our own family members. It should our moral and ethical duty to help  our neighbors if they are senior citizens, single lady or a physically weak single person.

To help them we can keep ourselves in regular contact with them. To establish social peace spread the message of spirituality, meditation. Show others the benefit of peacefulness. Peace leads to positivism and success in future.
