What if the gods lived today? Research and choose a god from either the Greek or Norse mythology, then choose your favorite char

acter(s) from the Greek mythologies and write about them living in today's time. Consider how those characters might react to current events. For example, what would Gaia, the goddess of Earth, think about the environmental issues we are facing today (Response must be at least 1-2 paragraphs, 5-7 sentences each).

As immortals, they would not need jobs and would be superior to people; who do. They would not have jobs, but the Greeks would have loved stories about them moving among people pretending to have mortal jobs to play tricks upon humans and to obtain what they wanted out of us.

my favorite characters from greek mythologies would be Aphrodite: model, actress, singer, talk show host, anchorwoman, any kind of celebrity that depends somewhat on her physical appearance/appeal.

netineya [11]

Answer:

I think it's C) "It creates tension by moving fron the slower pace of the description to the faster pace of Bob's dialogue, which suggests an uneasiness on Bob's part."

Because even though I only read this part of the passage just now, instead of the full story, I can tell the description of either character, wasn't too detailed. Not to mention the pacing did start out normally, but it felt as though Bob chimed in a little too quickly.

I hope this answer satisfies you. Also please let me know if it's right or not :)

Arrange the events in the first three acts of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night in order from earliest to latest.
dem82 [27]
I am not completely sure, but this is how I would order these events:
Viola enters Orsino's court dressed as a male.
Olivia asks Cesario about his parentage.
Feste returns the ring to Cesario that Orsino had given to Olivia.
Sebastian reveals to Antonio that he has a twin sister.
Malvolio makes a fool of himself in front of Olivia.
Antonio offers to take Cesario's place in the duel.
