That they were pieces of information/code that were meant for people to abide by. While all of the different codes/laws were different from each other and each had a distinctive set of rules, all of them had in common that they were designed as general rules that peopel should follow in a certain society.
1. Rivers,Lakes,& Ponds. for Agriculture,
2. Settled in areas with many Animals to hunt.
3. Mountains, and Hills for defense against enemy tribes.
Because the constitution established only the supreme court.
