Yes, one of my family members actually was getting pushed in a swing for about 6 hours or more, and he was a baby at the time, and somewhat now has a problem with his brain, so I would not recommend shaking a baby up and down, it will mess up there brain, now just doing it for a quick sec no, but if you keep on doing it for like mins to hours yes, it will mess up the babies brain.
