Why do authors use parallel structures?
larisa [96]

Authors uses parallel structures to create rhythm or balance in a writer's work. Option A is correct.

Parallel structure is established when words within a sentence are united by consistent use of grammatical forms. This stylistic element is also known as parallelism or parallel construction.

Lack of parallel structure can result in the disruption of the rhythm of a sentence, leaving it grammatically unbalanced. Parallel structure helps  establish balance and flow in a well-constructed sentence.
