Nationality would be the country a person was born in. Ethnicity would be their ethnic or racial background.
Example:
A person could be born in Canada and be Canadian but their ethnicity could be something like Chinese or African.
The first 8 lines make the poem sound like bad news, and the word "contagious" sets the mood for the poem. The pastoral tradition celebrates the beauty of the natural world and the simple pleasure of living in the countryside. However, the first 8 lines of the poem seem to claim the exact opposite, with words like "contagious" "surge" "cold", and "waste."
Short words (usually less than 5 letters) like an, a, and, ect. You can also capitalize everything in the title if you are unsure.
