Who must provide release of information consent before patient information can be provided through email?
QveST [7]

The client himself/herself should provide release of information consent before patient information can be provided through email.

According to HIPPA Privacy Rule, authorization must be written in specific terms. This rule allows healthcare providers to communicate electronically and also lays down some rules to be followed. The information can be passed on through email after the consent of the patient.

The consent of physician, the relative or the office manager does not matter.

Therefore, the correct answer is (A)Client.

sukhopar [10]

Explanation:

Our values are important because they help us to grow and develop. ... The decisions we make are a reflection of our values and beliefs, and they are always directed towards a specific purpose. That purpose is the satisfaction of our individual or collective (organisational) needs

Would you like Fred and to leave for lunch now? me or myself
DedPeter [7]
The answer is me. Would you like Fred and me to leave for lunch now? Because if you were to say this without Fred you would say, "Would you like me to leave for lunch now" rather than, "Would you like myself to leave for lunch now". So your correct answer is me. Saying myself sounds awkward and is not the correct terminology for this phrase.
I hope this helps!
