Hey there!

Missionaries aren't like priests at a church, they don't stay and preach sermons to others in a particular place in a building. Missionaries are people who travel and use strategies to promote their religon.

They might go to other countries and territories to try and convert the citizens to the religion they fear is superior. This is how ancient religions such as Confucianism and Daoism spread - with people going on trade routes spreading their beliefs.

Hope this helps!

Why do you think the Parthenon is the most well known, and most studied piece of architecture? Explain your answer in a
Reika [66]

Answer:

Many view the Parthenon in Greece as the finest example of ancient Architecture especially in the Doric Order.

Explanation:

As a monument with more than 2,000 years of history, the building was made from pure marble and had a number of beautiful sculptures. Over the years, the building has been used as a mosque, a church and even an ammunition depot.

It directly inspired the Romans and eventually the architects of the Renaissance. The building's style, columns and workmanship still inspires people int he 21st century.

The Parthenon sheds light on the cultures and arts of the antiquity, the local customs and traditions of the time and how, with such limited technology, the Greeks achieved so much.
