In both cases the Blackbody A will emit more radiation.

Explanation:

We have to remember that blackbodies that have different peacks but same surface area the one with the smallest peak will always emit more radiation, since the formula goes:

AT=B

Where A is peak and T is total temperature, and B is weins constant.

So if we solve it for A it would look like this:

A=B/T

Meaning that the higher the temperature the lowest the radiation.
