Can anyone help me out with #7 & #10 please? Read the chapter over a dozen times can't find anything that makes sense.

Had to take this exact class once. 
#7 is D
#10 is C because public utilities are designed to aid the public and these are the government's responsibilities to handle.

1. Colonists took part in the Boston Tea Party because the taxes were put on many things in Britain and they could not afford the essentials of that time. The British government was content with the taxes set because they fought on the colonists behalf but the colonists disagreed. They felt they were being taxed without representation which is in fact true. Soon though all but the tea tax was lifted. They weren’t going to give up tax revenue on almost 1.2 million pounds of tea each year.
2. Two impacts of the Boston Tea Party would be the ending of the Massachusetts Constitution and also colonists were required to quarter British soldiers on demand which meant the colonists would have to give up their houses for soldiers who needed it no matter what.
3. I believe the Boston Tea Party was an act of activism because the colonists wanted change for something that highly affected them and although it didn’t have the effect they wanted it did show people how they felt about the taxes.
