When King Idris was the ruler women weren't allowed to learn because it was suspicious, but at the last decade of his rule woman started to enroll into schools. So yes nowadays woman can learn. Now for children, when children hit the age 6 to 15 they were enrolled into primary school then were enrolled into secondary school for three additional years. Hope this help's!
