Making weapons are as dangerous as using weapons because, a lot of people come to get them and it they might harm somebody as a crime or accidentally

- When  certain manufacturers decided to make weapons, they will make every efforts that they can to make sure that all the weapons are sold. (so they can maintain their profits). Some of those weapons can be sold to individual or groups that use them for malicious intent.  Because of this, making weapons could be as dangerous as using it.

- The human cost of making weapons lies on the number of death caused by killings using those weapons. The 'cost' in this context cannot be measured in monetary value.
