Hamilton conveys his ideas about the limited power of the Judicial Branch of the government in Paragraph 2 because <em>A. He points out that the Judiciary cannot undermine the other two branches, but they can both undermine it</em>. Hamilton states that the Judicial Branch is the least powerful because the Executive holds the sword and the Legislature both holds the purse and makes the rules to regulate the duties and rights of citizens.
