URGENT-Romeo and Juliet is a great love story. Throughout the centuries people were fascinated by the couples devotion to each o

ther. But were they truly in love? If you want to write an argumentative essay whether Romeo and Juliet were too immature to love each other what would be your claim?
Your answer:

The play begins so that Romeo claims he loves Rosaline but when he sees Juliet he abandons her.

This suggests that his feelings for both women are superficial.

Juliet is motivated by defying her parents who want to marry her, not by true love

Juliet believes she can control Romeo and that is the biggest fascination for her

I mean id say none of the above but, the first option needs a bit more context. Romeo was rejected by Rosaline but when he saw Juliet he instantly fell in love. And I don’t think he abandons Rosaline b/c there was nothing between them from the start

Which sentence uses consistent verb tense?
Rama09 [41]

The answer is:

The animals scrambled to get into the barn as the lightning struck.

In the chosen sentence, both verbs in the different clauses are consistent ad accurate because they are written in the Past Simple tense.

The rest of the options are incorrect because the tense of the verbs is not related to each other: they wrongly combine past and present, and present and future tenses.

The right version of them are the following:

Alexander finished his math test and walked to Mr. Smith's desk.

Sampson and Raina watch the fireworks and comment on how beautiful they are.

The police officer rounded the corner and pumped his arms harder.
