Answer:

Yes, at a time t such that (√2)/2 ≤ t ≤ 2.

Explanation:

To answer the question

Therefore, where the domain of the function is the set of all real numbers x for which f(x) is a real number we have

For Chloe's velocity

C(t) = t\times e^{4-t^2} \ for \ 0\leq t\leq 2

Finding the boundaries of the function gives;

0\times e^{4-0^2} = 0 and 2\times e^{4-2^2} = 2

At t = 1, we have 1\times e^{4-1^2} = e^{3} = 20.086

We find the maximum point as follows;

\frac{\mathrm{d} \left (t\times e^{4-t^2}   \right )}{\mathrm{d} x}=0

From which we have;

\frac{\mathrm{} e^{4-t^2} - t\times e^{4-t^2} \times2\times t }{(e^{4-t^2} )^2}=0

e^{4-t^2} - t\times e^{4-t^2} \times2\times t }=0

e^{4-t^2}(1 - t\times2\times t })=0\\e^{4-t^2}(1 - 2\times t^2 })=0\\

e^{4-t^2}=0 or (1 - 2\times t^2 })=0

∴ 1 = 2·t² and from which t = (√2)/2

Hence the function C(x) is decreasing from t = (√2)/2 to t = 2

For Brandon

For 0 ≤ t ≤ 1, 1 ≤ B(t) ≤8 and for 1 < t ≤ 2, 8 < B(t) ≤ 1.5

1 ≤ f(x) ≤ 1.5

Given that the function B(t) is differentiable, therefore, continuous, there exists a point at which the function C(t) and B(t) intersects given that;

For 0 ≤ t ≤ (√2)/2, 0 ≤ C(t) ≤ 23.416 for (√2)/2 < t ≤ 2, 23.416 > C(t) ≥ 2

and for  0 ≤ t ≤ 0  1 ≤ B(t) ≤ 8 and for 1 < t ≤ 2, 8 > B(t) ≥ 1.5

Therefore, the curves intersect at in between (√2)/2 ≤ t ≤ 2.

Describe three reasons for the relatively high net primary productivity and high trophic efficiencies of natural grasslands
svlad2 [7]
The natural grassland ecosystem is known for its relatively high net primary productivity and high trophic efficiencies compare to other types of ecosystem, many reasons are responsible for this and three of them are listed below:
1. Natural grassland are regionally adapted to survive environmental fluctuations and grazing pressure.
2. The diverse producer base of the natural grassland ecosystem results in a large number of trophic connections. This enhances energy transfer and reduces energy losses.
3. Nutrient cycling in the natural grassland ecosystem is very efficient and this contributes to the overall efficiency of the ecosystem. The recyclers in the ecosystem decompose dead organic matters and release the energy trapped inside them.

The rate of species extinction on Earth is currently very high—perhaps as high as it has been since the time of the dinosaur ext
ZanzabumX [31]

The disruption which is not a major cause of a high rate of species extinction on planet Earth is: c. earthquakes.

<h3>What is extinction?</h3>

Extinction refers to a situation in which a species, family, or other taxonomic group of living organisms such as animals or plants become extinguished, destroyed, or exterminated (dead).

This ultimately implies that, extinction literally means the extermination of a species, family, or other taxonomic group of living organisms. However, earthquakes are disruption which aren't a major cause of a high rate of species extinction on planet Earth.

The mortality depicted in the image most directly contributed to which of the following changes in Europe in the late fourteenth
denis-greek [22]

Answer:

<em>There are no choices and I can see no image attached.</em>

The mortality in the image is probably related to the "Black Death" or "The Great Bubonic Plague" which peaked in Europe<em> (1347-1351)</em>. This was a<em> pandemic</em> which led to <u>reduction of the population by more than half, political and economic instability and upheavals in religion</u>.

Explanation:

The plague was devastating for it killed up to 125 million people in the history of the world. Such decline in number led to<em> "labor shortage</em>," which then resulted to the <u>increase of people's wages</u>. The landlords were left with no choice but to <em>substitute labor service for rental payment</em>.

The plague resulted to the blaming of different religions. It also blamed the<em> lepers, foreigners and beggars</em> as being the cause of it.<em> People with skin diseases</em> were then killed in Europe.
