The correct answer is D, as the voting public reelected Andrew Jackson after he vetoed the renewal of the Second National Bank Charter.

In anticipation of the 1832 elections, the Congress, led by Henry Clay, attempted to reauthorize the Second Bank of the United States four years before its title expired. Keeping his word to decentralize the economy, Jackson vetoed the renewal of the title, which jeopardized his re-election. But in explaining his decision as an ombudsman against rich bankers, he was able to defeat Clay in the election that year. He could effectively dismantle the bank by the time his title was ended in 1836. His struggles with Congress were embodied in the personal rivalry he had with Clay, who was his main political enemy, who ran the opposition from the newly created Whig Party.

Is technology during the 20th century good or evil? Why or why not.... Explain and give an example
mihalych1998 [28]

Answer:

A massive amount of new technologies were developed in the 20th century. Technologies such as electricity, the incandescent light bulb, the automobile and the phonograph, first developed at the end of the 19th century, were perfected and universally deployed during the 20th century. These things have been good, not until the 21st century, when technology has been starting to consume our children's brains and have them turn against their future.

I recommend you paraphrase that because if your teacher wants to make sure it is not from the internet, she will know if you copied my answer and pasted it, just in case.m
