The Great Society program was spearheaded by President Lyndon Johnson in 1964. In his State of the Union address,President Johnson outlined the series of domestic programs that would eliminate poverty and inequality in the United States of America. Out of 252 legislative requests made by the President, only 226 were implemented after his term.
The remaining unimplemented programs will then be pushed towards the next administration until such time that poverty and inequality is the United States of America is eliminated.
The legislation has good knowledge of issues and philosophies.Because of this, it gained a better understanding of the needed programs to address social concerns.
There are many cases before that served as a basis for development and understanding of today's jurisdiction. The improvements were a sign of continuous theory and practice of philosophies in real situations which helped on having a better legislation today.
The partition was outlined in the Indian Independence Act 1947 and resulted in the dissolution of the British Raj, or Crown rule in India. The partition displaced between 10–12 million people along religious lines, creating overwhelming refugee crises in the newly constituted dominions.
