On summer 2017, i worked part time as a customer service for online electronic retailer in Sacramento.
One day, a customer called in an screaming about how he received the wrong products from what he actually ordered. I calmly handled all his anger, saying that i understood his frustation, check out his log, and politely pointed out that he's the one who placed the wrong order.
Eventually, the situation could be handled calmly and he apologized for acting in anger toward me.

Complaints from customers are not always because something is wrong or not right as well as emotions and harsh words. usually these negative experiences can be overcome and turned into an opportunity for us.

Further Explanation

customers will feel uncomfortable and will also feel dissatisfied if there is a service from us that disappoints.

I briefly explain how to respond to customer complaints.

 • Be calm, even if customers give us harsh words you should not fight to remain calm and deal with politely.
 • Listen to customer complaints, do not occasionally ignore the words of the customer still listen and stay focused also pay attention to them.
 • show sympathy, show sympathy to customers and will be willing to help them.
 • Sorry, the customer is king. whatever the customer says to us keep saying sorry, sometimes the customer just wants an apology from us as customer service.

Customer satisfaction and comfort is the main goal of us as customer service. If this goal is not achieved, then consumer confidence will continue to decline to us.

The key is that we must be able to deal with and handle customer complaints so that complaints from customers can be resolved

ikadub [295]

Answer:

Bob contributed to his injury and apportioned damages

Explanation:

Under pure form of comparative negligence, a defendant is only responsible for the proportion of fault arising out of his negligence. The plaintiff is still allowed a compensation against damages even if he himself contributed to such a fault.

Comparative negligence mentions that whenever an accident takes place, the total negligence is a sum of proportionate negligence by each party, which contributed to such accident.

In such case, the negligence for an accident cannot be placed upon one party alone.

In the given case, since Bob filed a suit in a state that adopts pure form of comparative negligence, he shall be eligible to some compensation even if the fault was majorly his. Though, the quantum of compensation shall be based upon the determined fault of each party to the accident.
