A=\frac{bh}{2}

Re-arrange / solve for 'h':
h=\frac{2A}{b}

Substitute known values:
h=\frac{2(60m^{2})}{15m}

Compute:
h=\frac{120m^{2}}{15m}
h=8m

The area of a triangle is the base times half the height. 
If we reverse that, half the height is 60 / base, ie., 60/15 = 4.
This means the height is twice that, 8m.
