I think graffiti is considered vandalism because, most of the time, graffiti is done without the owner of the property knowing, so putting graffiti on places that haven’t been approved is vandalism

Hope this helps

Evaluate Mills' use of rhetoric in his essay, "On Liberty...." Is his use of rhetoric effective in making his case for humanism?
svetoff [14.1K]
It might be stated that Mill employed a combination of formal and informal tone in "On liberty..", by developing some complex ideas, meanings and expressions. The author used metaphors and figurative languages to appeal to the audience. It might be added that Mill wrote those who agreed with him and he discussed his thesis by attacking the conservatives.
He used frases such as "no one's idea," "no one should assert," "it would be absurd," "nobody denies" .

What is the meaning of this excerpt from "Everyday use" by Alice Walker?
svp [43]

Answer:

B. Dee is ashamed of how her mother looks and acts

Explanation:

In the excerpt, we see that her mom is a hardworker. big-boned and breaking ice and knocking bulls. On television however, the mom Dee shows has perfect skin, is witty, is a whole lot slimmer, and has shiny hair. That means Dee's ashamed of how her mom looks and acts.
