this is a little disorganized but it's all there!

capitalism divides its wealth with little to no government interference. private business, a mostly free market. WITH COMPETITION, focused on profit. this is how the rich get richer and the poor are on standby.

"Communism and socialism are economic and political structures that promote equality and seek to eliminate social classes."

socialism and communism don't divide wealth, per-say. equal resources are distributed by the gov't. no competition, lesser incentives thus ways to really progress. background, education, amount of labor doesn't matter as everyone is supposed to receive equal treatment.

in simplest terms...

communism is basically socialism but with more gov't control over wealth. FULLY gov't controlled. the people do not hod ownership over any wealth.

there are businesses under socialism that arent gov't controlled. socialism still allows one to own property. also, high taxes for the community to run housing and education...etc

there are little one-three minute comprehensive videos on the differences. you could also just google "communism vs. socialism vs. capitalism" and find more :)

Answer: THE ADOPTION OF A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

A constitutional amendment is a modification of the constitution of a polity, organization or other type of entity. Amendments are often interwoven into the relevant sections of an existing constitution, directly altering the text. Conversely, they can be appended to the constitution as supplemental additions (codicils), thus changing the frame of government without altering the existing text of the document.

Most constitutions require that amendments cannot be enacted unless they have passed a special procedure that is more stringent than that required of ordinary legislation.

There are requirements for this in regions and countries, but the United States, Albania, China and Ethiopia requires two thirds of the chamber of legislature, amongst other requirements.

Tabula rasa was the hypothesis that during childbirth the (human) personality is a "clear slate" without rules for handling information, and that information is included and leads for preparing are framed exclusively by one's tangible encounters. The thought is fundamental to Lockean experimentation.
