The Sepoy Rebellion was caused by "<span>b. British insensitivity to Indian customs" since the British had implemented new cartridges that were believed to be greased with animal fat, which insulted many natives. </span>
The Jews didn't try to leave because 1.) they had family and friends there and 2.) the Germans put them in ghettos, which were places to keep the Jews in. Basically, it was a prison.
