1. Red means to stop so you won't get to an accident when cars are moving. Yellow means to stop since it going to turn red. Green means to go
The punctuation looks all good but if this is for class I wouldn’t use words such as “My guy” or “ain’t” or “that’s cap” etc
I think the answer might be false, because you’re not interacting, i.e, you’re not talking or etc, with that person. I might be wrong, but still it could be the answer in a logical way :/
