One way you could reuse tires is maybe making chairs out of them. you would have to coat them in some sort of plastic and then have a wood or metal base in the middle of the chair so you could attach the backrest and legs, then put a thin cushion above the chair. would smell terrible but it works. You could also make a bar stool, which would be way better then just a normal chair.

When fresh water glaciers melt, they lower the salt levels in the ocean and and oceanographer studies that and makes sure that it wont have too much of an effect. The cryosphere plays a significant role in the global climate.
