I think it s false because gastrin(even tho rich in protein food stimulates secretion of gastrin we have to also consider this) promotes digestion after digestion there is absorption so postprandial after a rich in carbs food we have higher levels of glucose that will stimulate production of insuline .but i can t say for sure i dindn t meet this exact thing in my books.i hope at least helps you with something.
