The monarchs of Middle and Western Europe were the first to adopt Christianity as it spread there fastest, this was shortly followed by the emperor and rulers in Eastern Europe - to the area of Constantinople. Modern day Germany, France, and Italy were the places where Christianity was established sooner, compared to other regions in Europe.
