Industrialization enables faster, more efficient and economical production. The inventions of the industrial revolution, as well as the continuous advancement of industrial technology, contribute to this. Work conditions are improved, attention is paid to increased productivity, all of which, of course, in order to increase profits, and not to worry about workers in the first place. Healthy and satisfied workers are a precondition for increasing production, among other factors. They even include psychology and sociology, which deals with how to stimulate workers to work better. Workers have some sort of benefit. Thus, industrialization gradually reduces working time. Free weekends that allow leisure time are gradually introduced.
I am grateful for the fact that my parents can feed and shelter me and my brother and feed me. I am also grateful for the people who are working in the front lines and are trying their hardest to save all of those people who got the virus
