In chapter 5, Toby wakes up still remembering Spike's fury but then he realizes that he is a puppy again in a new place. He now has light-colored fur, long legs and has seven brothers and sisters. He is reincarnated as a Golden Retriever and begins his adventures in this reincarnation.
